Is there a free trial?
Yes. All plans include a free trial with no credit card required. You get full access on your live catalogue - not a sandbox - so the results you see are real.
How does the volume-based pricing work?
Your plan is scoped by the number of searches queries your store receives per month. We measure actual search requests based on user behavior, not every keystroke. If your volume grows beyond your current tier, we’ll reach out to discuss an upgrade - you won’t hit a hard wall mid-month.
What if I exceed my monthly search limit?
You'll continue using search without any problems. We track your 3-month average search count, so single month spikes don't affect your plan and you can calmly grow your store. If you consistently exceed your search limit for 3 months, we’ll reach out to discuss an upgrade - you won’t hit a hard wall mid-month.
How are searches calculated?
We include only real searches based on user behavior to provide fair pricing. Searches are included if the user clicks a search recommendation, opens full search results, or stops typing for a few seconds to review search recommendations.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. There are no lock-in contracts on Essentials or Essentials+. Enterprise plans are agreed on a custom basis.
What is included in free onboarding?
